As a member of the founding family, Atisha brings continuity to AnaData's financial leadership that mirrors the firm's overall approach: long-term thinking over short-term optimisation. She oversees financial strategy, planning, and the commercial frameworks that underpin client engagements — from pricing and contract structure to investment decisions that keep the firm's growth disciplined and sustainable.

Pavan leads product strategy and development for AnaData's platform products. His background spans fintech, compliance automation, and AI-assisted workflows — translating enterprise complexity into product decisions that engineering teams can actually ship.

Naveen architects AnaData's cloud and AI platform infrastructure — from multi-cloud networking and DevSecOps pipelines to LLM integration and data platform engineering. He has driven platform modernization programs for clients across capital markets, insurance, and healthcare.

Shanawaz leads AnaData's information security practice and serves as CISO across engagements requiring regulated-environment delivery. Based in Dubai, he heads the CLEAR Infosec operation — serving 15+ regional partner companies with enterprise-grade cybersecurity architecture, compliance frameworks, and incident response. He has built and audited security programs for Tier 1 financial institutions globally.

Meenakshi leads talent strategy and people operations across AnaData's global workforce. She has built the hiring and retention frameworks that support our senior-only delivery model — ensuring the engineers who join AnaData are the ones who stay.

Kalpesh leads AnaData's UK delivery operations, managing client engagements and senior engineering teams based in London. He is the primary point of contact for UK and European clients, ensuring delivery continuity and the same accountability standards as our HQ practice.

Vijayanand runs delivery operations for AnaData's India practice, coordinating project execution, resource allocation, and quality assurance across engineering teams in Chennai. He ensures the offshore delivery model maintains the same standards as onsite teams.

Senthil leads client-facing delivery teams in Chennai, managing technical project execution for AnaData's data engineering and application development engagements. His team has delivered critical-path programs for financial services and enterprise clients across three continents.
