Every engineer we place has 10+ years of domain experience and passes a technical panel staffed by 15 to 20 year veterans. You'll work with people who've seen the failure modes.

Engineering
Senior .NET Engineer — Capital Markets
C#, .NET 8+, WPF, and SQL Server. Experience on trading platforms (front-to-back), fixed income, or derivatives strongly preferred. You'll work embedded with a Tier 1 bank team.
Data & AI
Senior Data Engineer — Spark / Kafka
Spark, Kafka, Scala/Python, Hadoop, and Databricks. You'll design and build large-scale data pipelines for enterprise clients across financial services and technology sectors.
Cloud
Cloud Architect — AWS / Azure
AWS Solutions Architect (Professional) or Azure Solutions Expert preferred. Lead cloud modernization engagements from architecture design through production migration. Regulated-industry experience a plus.
Security
Senior Security Engineer — Penetration Testing
Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and gap analysis for financial institutions and public-sector clients. ISO 27001 and NIST framework exposure preferred.
Data & AI
AI Engineer — LLM & RAG Pipelines
Design and ship RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation frameworks, and AI-governance programs for regulated clients. Python, LangChain / LlamaIndex, vector databases, and model fine-tuning experience required.
Delivery
Engagement Manager — Enterprise Technology
Own client relationships, delivery health, and team structure across one or more multi-year engagements. Technical background required — you'll hold architecture conversations as well as status calls.

You meet 2–3 senior engineers from the practice you'd join. Discussion of a case from your own experience — not a whiteboard.

If we're aligned, we make an offer and, if applicable, introduce you to the engagement team before your start date.
