AnaData was founded in 1993 in the New York metro corridor — steps from Wall Street — by engineers who believed that the most important thing a software firm could do was stay close to the work. Senior-only delivery
We do not staff juniors under a senior to make the math work. Every engineer who talks to your team, writes your code, or reviews your architecture has 10+ years of relevant, production experience. This limits how fast we can scale. That's the point.
