Lal founded ana-data in 1993. Prior to ana-data, lal led applicatoin development projects at IBM, Coopers and Lybard.Lal holds a Bachelor's in Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University in UK and MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, USA.

Sanjeev is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Operation areas with small to mid size IT Software and Consulting Services organizations. He has worked closely with the “C” level personnel and Business Heads in Change Management

Vipul has more than a decade of experience in software engineering and development management. With financial services experience and a foundation in mission critical applications including document management systems, he brings his skill and discipline to enterprise giving them the freedom to develop as many portals, given the fact that it is a desktop app.
Pawan is passionate about developiong data driven apps that give users a delightful experience. His interests lie at the intersection of Mathematics, Machine Learning and Statistics. He is currently focused on integrating Machine Learning and Big Data into new products.
